Anaya Solutions handles your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect and why

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if you give it), the type of organisation you represent and your message. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website and its contact form, and are then emailed to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ora@anaya.solutions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
